Nothing else had worked so I had nothing to lose. Having seen ads for Move Free Ultra, I thought, 'what the heck'. Over the years I've tried a lot of them, with little or no relief, so I'm no believer in advertising hype. There are a lot of patent medicines and highly touted treatments for arthritis and joint pain. Before I went to bed I would take more Aleve and Tylenol. Every night before work, I would take 3 Aleve tablets and 2 Tylenol. My walking was getting worse, and my job requires I walk around a lot. For the last 15 or so years I had been taking glucosamine and chondroitin and had deceived myself into believing at least it wasn't getting worse, which of course it was. My 'warmed up' was almost as bad as my 'cold'. But over the years my knees and ankle were getting to the point I just couldn't walk.
You know how it is - those first few steps until you get the joints warmed up.
For years my joints were stiff when I would first get out of a chair. I have had knee problems for over 30 years - accidents, falls, etc.
